In the graphic below, it's revealed that the Militech Chimera 0005-C M bot has claimed three million deaths since launch, shortly followed by the Miltech Cerberus MK-II, which killed 2.9 million, and finally, the derelict garages under Dogtown Stadium, which has somehow managed to take 2.6 million lives.

Similar to the base game, Phantom Liberty is an action role-playing video game played from a first-person perspective. An Introduction to Dogtown

Royce can be found near the exit of the Food Processing Plant, during the mission The Pickup. To do so you have to give the Maelstrom gang the money chip Meredith Stout may give you during her optional conversation. This will trigger the fight.

Through the two main jobs you unlock from this ending path, Who Wants to Live Forever and Things Done Changed, you'll later learn that though V is finally cured of the Relic degradation, the operation costs him to lose all of his friends due to a two-year coma.

The Cyberpunk 2077 Phantom Liberty story has four different endings, each primarily affecting V, Songbird (So Mi), and Reed.

V can accept River's advances by kissing him, initiating the romance story path with him (see Romancing River). If V is male or rejects River's advances on the water tower during Following the River: If V is male and tried to kiss him, River will react startled, causing V to say "Look, no need to explain.

In order to romance River, you'll need to be Female V with a female body type. Main Jobs: Life During Wartime.

Here are all the characters V can romance in Cyberpunk 2077, and their requirements: Judy - V must have female voice and body type to romance. Panam - V must have male body type to romance, with any voice. River - V must have female body type to romance, with any voice.

By giving Songbird over, you do indeed have the top NUSA scientists managing to extract the chip from V's head, saving her life. They say the procedure will take a few weeks but uh, that turns out not to be true. In this ending, by surviving, V loses everything. She wakes up two years later, not a few weeks.

Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty does not add any new romance options, but the previously-romanceable characters have new dialogue and cutscene content in the expansion. As you could in the base game, you can romance Judy, Panam, Kerry, and River, plus you could have a few side rendezvous or visit the Joytoys.

Phantom Liberty is an excellent expansion to Cyberpunk 2077 that delivers a rich, polished bonus act to the dystopian RPG.

Royce is a psychopath. He violently took over one of the key Maelstrom crews in the city from the last boss, Brick. He is impossible to control, impossible to predict – you can never be sure Royce won't just pull out his gun and shoot you in the head, just for the hell of it.

When saved, Brick won't follow and help you escape, but he does say that if you ever meet him again, he'll "have you covered". If he lives, he will appear later but we won't spoil how and when.

Phantom Liberty comes with a brand new story where the main character, V, gets hired by netrunner Songbird and goes to the lawless town part of Night City, known as Dogtown, to help the President of the New United States of America.

As mentioned, Phantom Liberty is an expansion, so it's actually intwined with the main Cyberpunk 2077 story and doesn't happen before or after.

100 weapons, new district, lots of new clothes, new cars to say the least, skills, spectacular weapons. Two infinite car theft missions and drops. Buy if you like the base game. The new district has a great vibe.

Phantom Liberty is an excellent add-on to the much-improved Cyberpunk 2077. Not only does this bonus act complement the main scenario, but the gameplay improvements, additional zones, and rich story beats make it a worthwhile expansion in its own right.
